Has the small town dinner vibe. Great place if you're looking for American comfort food. Who doesn't love a place with all day breakfast.

Bacon and eggs were overcooked, my waffle was doughy. My wife's gravy was watery and it looked like someone melted a piece of Kraft sliced cheese over her omelet. But the service was good. The food at the coast is far better than what I paid for in Portland, I'd rather go to McDonald's for breakfast than this location of pig n pancake.

We finally went to this location after going and enjoying all the beach locations. This was most disappointing. Yes the servers were nice and friendly, but the food was not enjoyable. I was looking forward to the best clam chowder ever but this was not at all like the other locations. It had flavor but was very thin and the potatoes were varied in size and shape. The coast locations all had small evenly cut vegies and nicely thick. I have never had french fries that had no flavor until today. The garlic toast was only toasted on one side and had no garlic flavor. The dinner salad was primarily watery iceberg lettuce and not worth the $4.50 price.

Small town diner feel, quaint and comfortable. Food is great! Gluten free pancakes and toast are a real treat, eggs are always perfect, sausage/bacon and hash browns never disappoint! Kids love all the pancake options, and the service is fast and friendly, too. Not the cheapest option, but that’s dining out, these days.

One of the best breakfast menus I have ever experienced. The Pecan Pancakes alone are worth the trip from anywhere.
